Bechamel Sauce

My mom told me this recipe, too.

¾ l milk

50 g butter

Flour

Pepper

Nutmeg

Sal

Undo the butter in a saucepan over a fire and then add the flour and mix well.

Boil for two minutes, stirring with wire whisk, until you see the frothy mixture.

Add milk and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. While we remove the boiling and boil for 5 minutes.

Now, try it out N take a bite. Delicious, Right?
