Bread Pudding

A great item for evening snacks!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Method:

  • Boil milk on medium heat
  • Add butter. Cool till it’s lukewarm.
  • Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence and churn in mixer on medium speed for a minute.
  • Add the butter & milk mixture to it.
  • Place breadcrumbs in a lightly greased pan. Sprinkle with raisins.
  • Gently pour the batter on top.
  • Cook gently on low heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm. Enjoy!
