Bread Pudding

A great item for evening snacks!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup raisins
Method:
- Boil milk on medium heat
- Add butter. Cool till it’s lukewarm.
- Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla essence and churn in mixer on medium speed for a minute.
- Add the butter & milk mixture to it.
- Place breadcrumbs in a lightly greased pan. Sprinkle with raisins.
- Gently pour the batter on top.
- Cook gently on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
