Butter Bean Casserole
8 to 10 hot dogs or 1 pound ground beef
1 can butter beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
3 tablespoons margarine or butter
3 tablespoons flour
Saute onion in butter until slightly transparent, stir in flour, add meat, butter beans, stewed tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Pour into casserole dish and bak at 350* for 35 minutes.
