Inoder for us to have a complete nutrients taken , we need also to put something like some kinds of Proteins and a little of Fats. We all know bread is a good source of Carbohydrates , so we need to have Proteins in form of spreads. We have margarine , butter or something else in our bread. Margarine and Butter is but cheap one .
Let us try to know what we get from Margarine and from Butter :
** Butter is natural , contains Two or Three but it has more than 50 percent saturated fat. While , Margarine is considered as most common in the market and considered artificial and blends together more than five ingredients including additives. It also supplies 65% less saturated fat than butter aand no cholesterol , Margarine can hide nasty trans fats. And even the nonhydrogenated variety (trans Fat free) can supply a significant amount of saturated fat to your diet when used regularly. Over a years time , spreading just a few slices of bread each day with margarine will add more than twoi pounds of saturated fat to your diet.
In mediterranean , bread is not usually covered with a yellow fat spread. They eat it plain. While costly plantsterol enriched margarines may serve a purpose especially if you have high cholesterol , neither butter nor margarine is an optiona spread.
