Cheesy Vegetable casserole
Preparation time 20 minutes

For 4 servings you will need:
½ lb. American cheese
½ cup butter or margarine (use the butter that you want to use)
1 Bag. (16 oz.) Frozen vegetables Nice to contain broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and Drained
1cup(about 31)crushed butter crackers
Preparation:
A. Pre heat the oven
1. Cut cheese( haha)into cubes so is easy to melt. Place in a sauce pan with ¼ cup butter.
2. Heat over medium to low heat so is not to burn the cheese. Cook until melted and smooth, stirring often.
3. Place vegetable in a 1 quart casserole dish. Pour cheese mixture over and mix well.
4. Melt remaining butter. Stir in cracker crumbs.(hehe) Sprinkle over top of casserole.
5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 20 to 25 minutes.
6. Serve and family.
