Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened (no substitutes)
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped
  • Graham Crackers

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Gradually add the sugars and beat just until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Place the cream cheese mixture on a large piece of plastic wrap. Shape into a ball. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Just before serving, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
