Corn on The Cob Italiano

I love this recipe because it adds some zest to the corn on the cob and it is prepared in the microwave.

Corn On The Cob Italiano:

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

4 ears of corn on the cob

2/3 cups of water

Salt, if desired

Combine butter, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a bowl, set aside.  Remove the husks and silk from the corn; place in a microwave safe dish.  Add water.  Cover and microwave on high for 13 minutes, turning once.  Brush with butter mixture.  Add salt, if desired.
