Here is a simple icing recipe that you can use on a Carrot Cake. It is a quick and delicious icing recipe that makes you go back and have a second slice of carrot cake.

Here is a simple icing recipe that you can use on a Carrot Cake. It is a quick and delicious icing recipe that makes you go back and have a second slice of carrot cake.

Recipe

350gams 1 tub of Cream Cheese

50gams 1 and a half of plain butter
Put Cream Cheese in a bowl

1 half a cup of icing sugar

1 drop of Vanilla Essence

 

Melt the butter on a low heat. Once that is done put the butter together with the cream cheese then mix and beat until it is thick.

Add the icing sugar with the cream cheese and butter, and then add the vanilla Essence to the ingredients.

Once all ingredients are place in the bowl.

Beat the ingredients with a spoon or egg beater until it becomes thick.

If it is still runny the icing- just put more icing sugar to the ingredients.

Then place the cream cheese icing onto the cooked carrot cake that you have made.
