Dump and Splash Macaroni and Tomatoes

This recipe works for diabetics also. A very simple dish to make for those on a low budget. Use this recipe as a main dish or a side dish serving it with chicken/beef or vegetables or both. Great for a potluck dinner.

Dump and Splash Macaroni and Tomatoes

1 LB box of macaroni

1 large can of peeled whole tomatoes and 1 small can of peeled whole tomatoes…..OR….. 3 small cans of peeled whole tomatoes

1 quarter pound stick of butter

Sugar or splenda

Cook macaroni’s until soft, drain and put them back in the pot. Mash whole peeled tomatoes in a large bowl. Add tomatoes and 1 quarter pound stick of butter to macaroni’s and stir. After butter has melted, add a little bit of sugar or splenda at a time and keep tasting and adding until the sour taste of the tomatoes is gone. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a bowl or on a plate.
