Eel with Butter

Delicious recipe.

Ingredients:

■ 600 g download eel
■ ½ lemon
■ 50 g butter
■ 50 ml white wine
■ white crushed pepper
■ salt
■ 1 tablespoon flour
■ dill or parsley

Meat cut into cubes about 3 cm in size, coat in flour. In saucepan, heat the pan or deep butter, place the fish pieces and fry slowly on all sides. Pour lemon juice, wine, salt, pepper and steamed until tender. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped dill or parsley. Serve with variously modified potatoes and salad.
