Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Ingredients:

2 doz. lg. mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
1/2 c. minced parsley
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:

1.    Clean mushrooms, removing stem.

2.    Combine butter, shallots, garlic and parsley.

3.    Process. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend briefly.

4.    Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish.

5.    Fill each mushroom with a dollop of garlic butter mixture (about 1/2 or 1 teaspoon each).

6.    Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
