Ham and Cheese Tart

Shredded cheese and diced ham.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 3 / 4 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 3 cup butter
- 1 / 3 cup cold water

Filling:
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 / 2 cup ham
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 tsp. onion

Procedure:

Sift together the flour, cornmeal, and salt. Add butter and work it until it became crumbs.Sprinkle with water and mix gently until ingredients are moistened. Dump on a floured board and knead slightly.
Line a pan with the dough. Add a layer of diced ham, a cheese. Whisk the eggs and mix with milk, salt, pepper and the juice of the onions. Put this mixture over the ham and cheese filling.Bring the cake to the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and continue baking.Serve hot.
