Pizza is one of the favorite dishes of modern generation. Eating pizza everyday is not healthy, but most of us love it, especially our kids. Here you’ll find a easy way to prepare pizza, which is healthy and is tasty and all at home will love it.
Easy Home Made Vegetarian Pizza.
Ingredients
- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 Capsicum (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 2 Onions (sliced)
- ½ cup olives
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 1 small piece of ginger
- ½ cup Cabbage shredded
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red crushed pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 4 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
Method
- Heat butter in a pan. Add Oregano, red crushed pepper, garlic and ginger paste and sauté them.
- Add vegetables to it and fry them until brown and soft.
- Add salt and sugar to the vegetables. Cook and stir till moisture evaporate from the vegetables.
- Take a bread slice, cut the sides of the slice and smear it with pizza sauce.
- Spread the vegetable mixture on the bread and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.
- Grill the bread in an oven or over tawa (pan) for 3-4 minutes, or till the bread is crispy and the cheese melts.
- Bread Pizza is ready to savor. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
Ingredients
- 1 c. crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. fennel seed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Method
Mix ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Use approximately 3/4 cup sauce for each pizza. Store remainder or freeze. Yield: 1 and 3/4 cups.
To make a personalized pizza just add you favorite veggies, also you can add pineapples to add a sweet taste.
