How to Make Nargisi Kabab

This is made from minced mutton or chicken and taste good.

Ingredients

 Minced meat – 500 gm

  • Eggs – 8
  • Garam masala – 2 tsp
  • Ghee or butter – 250 gm
  • Salt as per taste
  • Bread crumbs – 1 cup
  • Lemon – 2
  • Chopped coriander leaves – ½ cup

Make a paste of

  • Ginger – 25 gm
  • Cumin seed – 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds – 1 tsp

Method

  1.  Boil eggs and peel off the cover. Wash and cooked minced meat with salt with little water and grind to a paste.
  2. Grind to a paste all the ingredients and mix with mince meat. Wrap this mince meat all over the boiled egg and roll it on bread crumbs and keep aside.
  3. In a frying pan, heat ghee or butter, and fry it till it is golden brown. Remove in plate, cut in half, sprinkle lemon juice and coriander leaves on it. Decorate it with slice tomato and serve hot.
