How to Make the Most Delicious Cheese Balls Ever

Its not hard, just read the steps below and start cooking.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
2 teaspoon mustard, dijon style
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup currants
3/4 chopped parsley

You may think its to much cheese but it isn’t

Method

Place the cream cheese, blue cheese, cheddar cheese, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and the salt in a mixer bowl, beat at a low speed until its well mixed. Stir the pecans and currants. Taste and adjust seasoning. Refrigerate the cheese mixture for 30 minutes pr until slightly firm, then shape the mixture into a ball. Roll in the chopped parsley to coat well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes until ready to serve. Place on a platter surrounded with crackers and apple wedges.
