Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of noodles
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

Method

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. When it boils add the noodles. Cook until tender.

In a sauce pan melt the butter. Add the spices and flour. Mix into a past. Add the milk a little at a time stirring until smooth, then adding more milk. Use a whisk if sauce gets lumpy. Keep stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Turn heat to low then add cheese.  Stir until cheese is melted. Stir in noodles. Serve
