Macaroni Kangkung Schotel

Cooking.

ingredients:

     10 stalks Kangkung (take leaves)
     60 g Butter
     3 tablespoons Flour
     50 ml Liquid Milk
     1/2 tsp salt
     1/2 tsp Nutmeg (mashed)
     2-3 tablespoons of Cooking Oil
     4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
     1/2 cloves of red onion (cut lengthwise)
     12 lbr Beef Salami
     30 pcs Cherry Tomatoes
     200 g Macaroni (boiled)
     1/4 bottle Tomato Sauce
     100 gr grated cheese
     pepper to taste

How to cook:

A. Cook butter, flour, milk, salt and nutmeg, stirring until thickened and set aside.
2. Saute garlic with oil, insert the red onion, beef salami, cherry tomatoes spinach & pepper, remove from heat and set aside.
3. Combine them both, then add the macaroni, tomato sauce and grated cheese and stir well.
4. Pour into heat-resistant bowl within which has been smeared butter.
5. Bake at 180-190′C within until cheese is melted, remove from heat and serve.
