Meat Dish | Hungarian Meatballs Recipe

Delicious meat balls recipe which is very easy and quick to cook. Save time, money, and have a delicious meal.

Ingredients:

1 pound hamburger, ground twice

1 clove garlic, crushed

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 egg, slightly beaten

1/4 cup milk

butter

1/2 cup canned chopped mushrooms

2 tablespoons flour

2 cups sour cream

2 tablespoons chopped parsley


Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix the hamburger, garlic, bread crumbs, paprika, salt, egg, and milk together and form into balls 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
  • Saute in butter until golden (about 15 minutes) and remove to a heated platter.
  • Meanwhile combine mushrooms, flour, and sour cream. Cook-stir until smooth and creamy (about 5 minutes).
  • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and serve garnished with parsley.
  • Enjoy!

    sounds interesting! I’d have never have thought of using sour cream in a meat recipe!
