Peas and Mushrooms

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 tablespoons chopped onion

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

2 10-ounce packages frozen peas, thawed and drained

1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

 dash pepper

In large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring often, 3 minutes or until soft. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring, 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in peas, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, 3 to 5 minutes.
