Pork and Coriander Soup

 

Indian style – nutritious

 

Main Ingredients:

 

150 grams of freshly coriander leaves and stem –chopped coarsely

150 grams –Pork –washed and cut in pieces

50 grams butter

1 tbsp Soya Sauce

1 onion – cut in rings

2 cloves garlic flakes -minced

Small pinch ginger –minced finely

2 cups of water

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix well coriander and Soya sauce with pork –add salt and pepper.

Place water on low heat and bring to a boil, make small balls out of the pork and coriander and drop it into the boil –allow cooking until pork is tender.

Place pan and drop in the butter –throw in your onions, garlic and ginger and fry until onions are pale pink – transfer pork and coriander into pan and stir well until butter floats above – Serve hot with coriander leaves as garnishing.
