Scrambled Eggs

published by JoeLopy on Dec 9, 2010

A very simple dish.

Ingredients needed for one portion:

- 2 eggs;

- 2 Tbsp of milk;

- 2 teaspoon of butter;

- Salt and pepper;

- additional ingreditions such as cheese, ham, herbs (Optional).

Method:

1. Put the raw eggs in a bowl and whisk to blend the egg white and yolk into a homogeneous liquid;

2. Add two tbsp of semi-skimmed milk and a pinch of salt and pepper with the eggs and keep whisking for two minutes;

3. Put two teaspoons of butter in a pan. Heat the pan and wait for the butter to melt;

4. When the butter is melted, pour the egg-liquid into the pan and let it cook for a minimum of 2 minutes and 30 seconds to a maximum of 3 minutes and 30 seconds (according to your taste). While the egg-liquid is cooking, keep stirring with a wooden spoon.

Once the liquid has mostly set, more ingredients such as ham, herbs or cheese can be added. The eggs should be slightly undercooked when removed from the heat, since the eggs will continue to set.

- Put your scrambled eggs on a toast (if you like) and enjoy them!
