Zesty Yogurt Cheese Mold

Ingredients
8 cups nonfat plain yogurt
½ cup water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1/8 teaspoon cayenne or white ground pepper
Nonstick vegetable oil spray
Procedure
Make 4 to 5 cups of Basic Yogurt Cheese. Stir the gelatin into the hot water in a saucepan over low heat until completely dissolved. Then combine gelatin, yogurt cheese, all remaining spices, and beat with a mixer. Spray the inside of a shallow gelatin mold with a nonstick vegetable oil spray, and pour in cheese yogurt mixture. Cover with plastic and chill until firm, at least 4 hours. When unmolding, loosen the edges with a sharp-tipped knife. Serves 20.
