Easy Meals

Try these meals at home. These are really very easy and take just one minute.

1) Breakfast: Oaty meal

Ingredients

1.    1-1/2 cups Cheerios (or store-brand-equivalent)

2.    1 tsp sugar

3.    3/4 cup whole milk

Directions:

Pour cheerios into bowl. Sprinkle sugar over top. Add milk stir and serve.

Variant:

Try adding milk first and then the sugar.

2) Snack: Java Jelly

Ingredient:

1.    2 cups boiling water

2.    1 tsp instant coffee

       (optional: 1tsp sugar)

       (optional: 2 heaping tsp creaner)

3.    1 Jelly doughnut

Direction:

Cook water until it bubbles. Scoop coffee in coffee coffee mug. Add bubbling water and stin. (Add optional ingredients to mix at this point) Place jelly doughnut on plate and serve.

Variant:

If you don’t have a clean plate, or any dishes at all. You can hold doughnut in hand and eat over the sink.

3) Lunch: Pizza

Ingredients:

1)    1 phone book

2)    1 phone

3)    1 $10 bill

4)    Drinks

Direction:

Open phone book to saction letter P. This follows O and precedes Q. Under heading for “Pizza”. Find nearest Pizzeria. Phone in order for pizza with toppings of your choice. Wait 30 minutes or less. Upon arrival, pay for pizza, including tip ffro driven. Open drink and serve.
