Fillet of Mackerel Mireille

Fillet of Mackerel Mireille is tasty recipe.

Ingredients:

4 fillets of mackerel

2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp salt

½ tbsp freshly ground black pepper

3 tbsp special margarine

¼ cup chopped mushrooms

½ cup chopped onions

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp wine vinegar

2 tbsp minced parsley

Procedure:

Wash and dry the fish. Rub with a mixture of flour, ½ tbsp salt and ¼ tbsp pepper. Melt 2 tbsp margarine in a skillet. Fry the fish until browned and crisp. Prepare the vegetables while the fish is frying.

Melt the remaining margarine in a skillet; sauté the mushrooms, onions and garlic 10 minutes. Add the vinegar and remaining salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Arrange the fish on a platter and pour the vegetables over it. Sprinkle with the parsley.
