Avacado Grill Shrimp Salad

Grill Shrimp Salad.

Romaine Lettuace

Radicchio

Endive Greens

Shredded Carrots

Snow Peas

Cut Fresh Broccoli

1 Small Avocado

Large White Shrimp (Cleaned/ Deveined)

1-2 Boiled Egg

3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil/ Vingerette Dressing

Salt/ Pepper

Parsley

Parika

Directions

Combine the Lettuace, Radicchio, Endive Greens, Shredded Carrots, Snow Peas, Cut Fresh Broccoli in a Small Bowl and sit aside. Season your Shrimp to taste Salt/ Pepper, Parika, and Parsley.

In a Skillet or Wok add about 2 tbsp of Olive Oil or Canola Oil and Pan Grill your Shrimp.

Now combine the Lettuce Mixture and Top with your Grilled Shrimp, Avocado and Dice Boiled Eggs and Drizzle your Olive Oil/ vingerette Dressing on the Top of your Salad.
