Baked Fish in Armenian Style
Baked Fish in Armenian Style is tasty recipe.
Ingredients:
3 tbsp special oil
2 cups thinly sliced onions
6 slices (2 pounds) sea bass
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
½ cup water
1 cup peeled chopped tomatoes
2 lemons, thinly sliced
2 tbsp minced parsley
Procedure:
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet with ovenproof handle; sauté the onions 10 minutes. Arrange the fish over them and season with the salt, pepper, vinegar and sugar. Add the water and cover fish with the tomatoes and lemon slices. Sprinkle with the remaining oil. Cover and bake in a 375 degrees oven 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove the cover for the last 10 minutes. Sprinkle with the parsley.
