Baked Scallops.

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs scallops (about 4 cups)

1 cup dry white wine

Salt

6 Tbsp unsalted butter, afar 3 Tbsp and 3 Tbsp

1 average onion, chopped fine

2 1/2 Tbsp flour

METHOD
