Breaded Crab Cake

Serves two.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

70g medium-sized prawns,

cleaned and minced

50g cleaned crab meat

30g shiitake mushrooms,

finely chopped

20g French beans, threaded and chopped

50g each, finely chopped

spring onions, carrots and bean sprouts

Salt and pepper, to taste

Oil, for deep frying                      

Method

1. Mix together all the ingredients, except breadcrumbs

2. Divide into portions and make patties

3. Steam for 7-9 minutes, remove and coat with breadcrumbs

4. Deep fry till golden brown

5. Drain and serve hot with pickles and pineapple anchovy sauce 

dressing.
