Cajun Lemon Pepper Catfish

Cajun Lemon Pepper Catfish Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 Catfish
  • 1 Lemon “Squeezed for juice”
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1/3 of a bag of Louisiana Fish Batter Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
  •  

Method

  1.  If using frozen fillets that are not completely thawed, run catfish under cold water
  2. While its under the cold water mix lemon pepper seasoning, Louisiana fish batter mix and your Cajun seasoning  
  3. In a medium bowl squeeze lemon for juice
  4. Dip fillets in the lemon
  5. Then dip them in the seasoning mixture, make sure they are well coated
  6. Deep fry at 375 degrees until fish is golden brown . Approximately 4 to 5 minutes
