Cajun Lemon Pepper Catfish

Cajun Lemon Pepper Catfish Recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 Catfish
- 1 Lemon “Squeezed for juice”
- 1 ½ Tablespoons Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1/3 of a bag of Louisiana Fish Batter Mix
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning
Method
- If using frozen fillets that are not completely thawed, run catfish under cold water
- While its under the cold water mix lemon pepper seasoning, Louisiana fish batter mix and your Cajun seasoning
- In a medium bowl squeeze lemon for juice
- Dip fillets in the lemon
- Then dip them in the seasoning mixture, make sure they are well coated
- Deep fry at 375 degrees until fish is golden brown . Approximately 4 to 5 minutes
