Cheese and Crab Meat Casserole
This quick an easy, cheese and crab meat casserole recipe is delicious. The exquisite taste of crab meat, mixed with cheese an bread and then baked, is simply delicious.

This cheese and crab meat casserole recipe, is real simple to make. The crab meat taste so good, mixed with cheddar cheese and the bread absorbs, all the delicious flavors. This great seafood dish, will only take about an hour to prepare and cook.
Ingredients
- 1lb Cheddar Cheese (Cubed)
- 8 Slices Bread (Crusts Removed an Cubed)
- 10oz Frozen Crab meat
- 5 Eggs
- 1pt milk 3oz Butter (melted)
- Salt an Fresh Ground Pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a medium casserole dish, alternate layers of cheese, bread and crab meat. Whisk together the eggs, milk and melted butter, and pour over the layered mixture, then add a pinch of the salt and freshly ground pepper. Set the casserole dish in a baking tray. Carefully fill the tray with water, halfway up the sides. Bake the casserole in the oven for about an hour an a half. Serve hot!
