  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup drained canned tomatoes

Use a double boiler.  Melt Crisco in the top.  Add green pepper and onion.  Cook until tender about 10 minutes.  Blend in the flour then add milk, cheese, and mustard.  Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is very thick.  Add the crab meat, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and salt.  Put in a casserole dish.

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tsp Crisco
  • 1/2 cup milk

Mix the biscuit ingredients only until flour is damp.  Drop by the teaspoon on top of the crab mixture in the casserole dish.  Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
