Crab Meat Spread

CRAB MEAT SPREAD IS TASTY RECIPE.

Ingredients:

Crab meat                     -        ½ pound

Dry cottage cheese       -        ½ cup

Buttermilk                    -        2 tsp

Dry sherry                     -        2 tsp

Salt                                -        ¼ tsp

White pepper                -        1/8 tsp

Procedure:

Remove any cartilage from the crab meat; chop fine. Beat the cheese, buttermilk. Sherry, salt and pepper until smooth. Blend in the crab meat. Heap in a bowl.

Makes about 1-3/4 cups; allow 2 tablespoons per serving.
