Crab Salad

2 packages lemon jello

2 cups hot water

1 cup cold water

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

Let this stand until partially set, and then add:

1 cup cream, whipped

1 cup stuffed green olives, chopped

6 cups hard boiled eggs

When hard, unmold on lettuce leaves and top with dressing made with; (mixed together)

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

1 0r 2 cans crab meat
