This is a yummy baked macaroni recipe for everyone to enjoy!

Creamy Baked Macaroni Recipe

Ingredients:

Elbow macaroni – about 500 g.

Ground beef

Chopped Onions

Chopped Garlic

Hotdogs – sliced into diagonal pieces

Tomato sauce – about 394 ml

Sugar, ground black pepper

3 T. butter or margarine

Evaporated milk

Velvetta quick-melt cheese

Method to Cook the Baked Macaroni:

Cook the elbow macaroni pasta al dente (cooked by still firm).

Drain with cold water.  Set aside.

Saute the ground beef in onion and garlic.

Add 1 can of tomato sauce.

Add the sliced hotdogs.

Season with sugar and ground black pepper.

Then make the white sauce:

In a saucepan melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine.

Add 1 big can of evaporated milk.

Next add the shredded Velvetta quick-melt cheese.

Cook in low heat until melted.

Next it’s time to assemble everything:

Mix the macaroni and tomato sauce mixture.

Pour the white sauce on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Best served hot.
