Sometimes it’s OK to be shellfish, especially when you’re preparing this deluxe sauteed shrimp. If you want a a seafood dish with plenty of appeal, you will find it in this recipe that is shrimply irresistible. Serve it up tonight!
Ingredients
- 3-4 Roma or regular tomatoes diced
- 1 tsp. oil
- 5 scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup celery, chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper herb combo
- 1 cup shrimp
- 10 stuffed green olives, sliced
- 2 tsp. fresh parsley
- ¼ tsp. dill weed
Methods/steps
Prepare tomatoes, set aside. In large skillet, over medium heat, sauté scallions, garlic, and celery for 3 minutes, but keep it crisp. Add pepper, shrimp, olives, parsley, and dill. When well combined, add tomatoes and cook until all ingredients are hot.
