Fish and Tomato Loaf

This loaf will be a surprise because your guests will never guess the surprise filling inside.
Ingredients:
- 1 small loaf of bread – 1 cooked potato, cut into cubes
- ½ kg of fish, cooked and minced
- 2 table spoon shallots, chopped
- ¼ cup cream
- 1 egg.
Method:
- Cut 1/3rd from the top of bread and remove the crumbs from inside the loaf, leaving the crust 1 cm thick.
- Keep the crumbs for later use.
- Combine the fish, potato, shallots, cream and egg and fill the crust.
- Replace the top of the loaf and wrap tightly in foil.
- Bake for about ½ an hour to 45 minutes.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
