Fried Crispy Fish
Bring the flavor of Indian food into your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 2 promfrets,cleaned ,sliced
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander leaves,ground
- 1 cup rice flour
- oil for frying
- lemon slices
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Wash fish slices.
- Marinate the fish slices with other ingredients except flour and oil.
- Rub in the masala and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat one cup of oil in a a pan .
- Add salt in a bit in the flour.
- Before frying the fishes dip them in the flour and fry it till cooked.
Serve hot with lemon.
