Fried Crispy Fish

Bring the flavor of Indian food into your kitchen.

Ingredients

  • 2  promfrets,cleaned ,sliced
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander  leaves,ground
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • oil for frying
  • lemon slices
  • salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Wash fish slices.
  2. Marinate the fish slices with other ingredients except flour and oil.
  3. Rub in the masala and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat one cup of oil in a a pan .
  5. Add salt in a bit in the flour. 
  6. Before frying the fishes dip them in the flour and fry it till cooked.

Serve hot with lemon.
