Recipe To Make : Fried KERECEK.
Tolo -100 gr beans, soaked overnight, boiled
-100 Grams of skin kerecek
-750 Cc thick coconut milk
cooking oil, to taste
-3 Red chilies, remove some of the seeds, thinly sliced
-2 Tbsp dried shrimp
-2 Bay leaves
-2 Cm galangal, crushed
-2 Tablespoons brown sugar
-6 Red onions
-3 Cloves of garlic
-5 Red chilies, seeded
-salt to taste
HOW TO MAKE:
A. Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute the red pepper slices briefly until wilted, remove and drain.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the dried shrimp, bay leaf, ginger, brown sugar and stir well.
3. Enter Tolo beans and sauteed red peppers and stir well. Add milk gradually, stirring, stirring.
4. After boiling and the sauce is somewhat shrunk, enter kerecek, stir, remove from heat.
