Fried Sardines

How to prepare fried sardines.

Ingredients

· 1 kg of sardines grilling

· Flour

· 1 lemon

· Oil

First Roll the sardines in flour. Then we take in a deep pan plenty of oil.

When the oil is hot, let’s fry the sardines in batches, being careful not to touch while fried or get stuck.

Fry 2 to 3 minutes per side. Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon on top.
