Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Herbs

Enjoy this nutritious and delicious, easy to make salmon recipe. Need a fast dinner idea? Cook this for dinner tonight and your family will love it.

It only takes about 15-20 minutes to prepare and cook this healthy salmon dish.  Enjoy it with your family and friends!

Ingredients:

  • Salmon fish
  • Olive oil
  • Dill, or basil and oregano
  • Lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Marinate the fish with olive oil, herbs, lemon, salt and pepper.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. Grill the fish (it takes about 10 minutes per inch).   Flip the fish during half time to grill both sides evenly.
  4. Serve hot.  Enjoy!

Tips:

Serve with vegetables, potatoes, salad, bread rolls, or hot cooked rice.

You can substitute with other fish you have available.

If you do not have a griller, you can also bake this in the oven.

I use a griller that can also be used indoors, so that we can enjoy this dish at any time of the year.
