Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon

Delicious and oh so healthy.

A heart healthy and delicious recipe  that takes only 25 minutes to prepare and cook.

Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 tblsp light mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tblsp honey
  • 1 1/2 tblsp sesame seeds
  • 3/4 tsp olive oil
  • 3/4  tsp dried oregano
  • 1 medium garlic clove minced
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each) rinsed and patted dry

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Lightly spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray
  3. Spoon mayonnaise into small bowl and stir in balsamic vinegar until smooth , add the remaining ingredients except the fish.
  4. Place the fish in the baking pan. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops and the sides of each fillet.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.

Approx 200 calories per serving.

    This looks yummy. I noticed you are from the Northwest. Are you in Washington or Oregon. I live north of Seattle.
