Honey-Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Delicious and oh so healthy.
A heart healthy and delicious recipe that takes only 25 minutes to prepare and cook.
Ingredients
- Cooking spray
- 1 1/2 tblsp light mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tblsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tblsp honey
- 1 1/2 tblsp sesame seeds
- 3/4 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 medium garlic clove minced
- 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each) rinsed and patted dry
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Lightly spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray
- Spoon mayonnaise into small bowl and stir in balsamic vinegar until smooth , add the remaining ingredients except the fish.
- Place the fish in the baking pan. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops and the sides of each fillet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
Approx 200 calories per serving.
