How to Make Fried Fish
This is an indian style of frying fish and it taste awesome.
Ingredients
- Fish – 1 kg
- Red chilli – 7 to 8
- Turmeric – ½ tsp
- Salt as per taste
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbl.sp
- Cumin seed – ½ tsp
- Garlic flakes – 4 to 5
- Tamarind – ball of lemon size
- Wheat flour – 2 tbl.sp
- Rice flour – 1 tsp
- Oil to fry
Method
Soak tamarind in water for at least 1 hour. Make a paste of red chilli, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, garlic flakes, the paste should be thick. Then add to it salt, turmeric and tamarind pulp. Add the washed and cut fish pieces into the masala, mix well and allow it to marinate for 1 hour. Keep in the refrigerator. After 1 hour, heat oil in a frying pan, mix wheat flour and rice flour well, cover the fish with this flour and fry it.
