2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
Mix with enough water to make hard dough. Clip with scissors about 1 inch long and /4 inch thick or roll and cut with knife. Cook 15 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Fry bacon or ham, and when fried, cut a medium sized onion into fat. Fry until soft, not brown. Add 1/2 cup sour cream, salt and appper to taste. Pour over Keelki.
