Kofta Fish Balls

These little balls can be served hot with cocktail sticks and a variety of dips.
Ingredients:
400 grams cooked white fish – 1 onion, minced – 1 teaspoon coriander powder – 1 teaspoon turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon cumin, ground – 1 teaspoon ginger, ground – 1 table spoon lime juice – 2 eggs, beaten – salt to taste – Oil for frying – Breadcrumbs.
Method:
Process all the ingredients together except eggs, breadcrumbs and oil. Form into small balls and roll in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on kitchen towels.
