Lightly Fried Fish Recipe

This is a good recipe for when you go out catch your own fish and don’t know a good way to cook it. This recipe is simple, quick, and makes good fresh fish.
You can cook grouper, snapper, trout, redfish, and almost every fish that is edible.
Ingredients:
- Fresh fish fillets
- Butter
- Bread crumbs
Method:
- Completely melt butter on a plate
- Dip both sides of all fillets in butter
- Put bread crumbs in a Ziploc bag
- Put buttered fillets into Ziploc bag with bread crumbs
- Shake bag until the fish is covered in bread crumbs
- Remove fillets from bag and place on slightly greased pan over the stove
- Cook fillets until they are white throughout and flake easily
