Oven-poached Swordfish

Swordfish in a oven.

2 pounds 1-inch-thick swordfish steak, cut into 6 pieces

1 1/2 cups water

juice of 1 lemon

1 bay leaf

2 teaspoons thyme

1/2 cup Lemon Thyme Sauce

Method: Preheat oven to 400 degreesF. Place the swordfish in a glass baking dish. Combine water, lemon juice, bay leaf and thyme and pour over the swordfish. Bake fish uncovered for 20 minutes. Remove fish from liquid and serve with the sauce. 6 servings
