Poached Mackerel
Now its a great way to cook fish. Make tasty Poached Mackerel and have a nice dinner.

Ingredients
- 8 mackerels
- 3/4 cup of vinegar
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 small onions sliced
- 6 peppercorns
- 5 cloves
- 2 flakes of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of parsley chopped
Method
- Remove heads, clean and wash fish.
- Put vinegar, water and bay leaf in cooker. Place fish alternately head to tail in cooker.
- Cover fish with onions, peppercorns, cloves, garlic and salt.
- Close cooker. Bring to full pressure on high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes.
- Remove cooker from heat. Release pressure with slight lifting of vent weight.
- Open cooker. Place fish on serving dish. Keep hot.
- Return cooker to high heat and boil till liquid is reduced to half. Strain and pour over fish.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
