Salmon Fillet with Baked Potato and Salad
A nice sophisticated meal that’s easy to do and impresses everyone.
Ingredients
- 2x Salmon Fillets
- 2x medium to large potatoes
- Salad: Lettuce, Cucumber, Tomatoe, Grated Cheese, Mayonaise, Ham, Coleslaw and boiled egg.
Merhod
First pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees celius for about 10 mins. Then place the Salmon Fillets on a baking tray on the midddle shelf of your oven. Leave for 20 minutes then turn and leave the Salmon for another 20 minutes.
While the Salmon is cooking you should get a fork and pierce the potatoes all around leave to sit for awhile. Go over to your salad dice it all up mix it together. at this point your Salmon should have 15 minutes to go so you go back to your potatoes and place them in the micro wave oven for 5-6 minutes on full power, then take them out stick a knife down the middleif it goes through with ease your baked potatoe is ready if not give it another 3-4 minutes.
Once your potatoes are done cut a cross on it so you can fill it full of the salad, then take out your salmon place them on the plate aswell and just for a touch of class put two slices of lemon on top of the salmon and serve with a nice glass of wine.
