Salmon in Cream
A simple recipe for salmon and cream.
Ingredients
- 1/2 pint fresh or soured cream
- 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1tbsp lemon juice
- 1tbsp dill leaves (chopped)
Method
Mix all the ingredients together (except the steaks) and pour over the salmon steaks in a ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
