Salmon in Cream

A simple recipe for salmon and cream.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint fresh or soured cream
  • 1-2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 1tbsp dill leaves (chopped)

Method

Mix all the ingredients together (except the steaks) and pour over the salmon steaks in a ovenproof dish. Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
