Ingredients
- Salmon, amount of your choice
- Aluminum foil
- Oleo or cooking spray
- Lemon pepper to taste
- Fresh garlic cloves to taste
- Fresh onion
Method
- Heat up your grill while you prepare your fish.
- Take out enough foil to contain the salmon in a single layer. Leave enough to told over the top.
- Grease the foil by rubbing it with oleo or spraying with the cooking spray.
- Lay the salmon on the foil. If you are using a lot of salmon, make two foil packets so that it will be easier to carry.
- Slice the onion and put it across the salmon in rings.
- Peel the garlic. If you have four people, use about 12 cloves of garlic. Leave them whole.
- Generously season with lemon pepper. Dollop a couple of spoonfuls of oleo on the salmon for moisture.
- Seal up the foil by pulling the ends and sides together and crimping with your fingers. Now you will have a little foil packet. Pre-made foil pans will work as well.
- Cook on medium for about 40 minutes. Tear open a bit of your foil packet and check the salmon with a fork. If it’s tender and begins to fall apart, it’s done!!
